  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days across major cities in Pakistan.

  • Please note that unforeseen weather conditions, local holidays, or courier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Aura Essentials proudly offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.

  • You can pay securely in cash to the courier representative at the time of delivery. Please ensure you keep the exact cash amount ready upon delivery to make the process smooth.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Keep an eye out for any free shipping promotions we may offer!

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and active phone number are correct during checkout.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address or if the customer is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
